SAVE THE FIRE ENGINE

Hereford and Worcester Fire Authority's plans to axe about a quarter of their fire engines, and possibly close some fire stations, include a proposal to remove one fire engine and seven firefighters from Tenbury fire station. If you don't support this plan, and want to see Tenbury keep both its fire engines, please sign the petition at http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/saveoursiren/

LOCAL EVENTS ADS FROM £10

If you're running an event locally, remember that 'local event' display adverts start at just £10!

Designer(s) Wanted!

The Teme Valley Times is looking for one or two experienced designers. Experience in the print industry is essential (this is print design not web design), as is the ability to create attractive pages and design high-quality adverts even when working quickly and to a deadline. You would work on a self-employed basis, from your own location, using your own equipment. The number of hours per week is variable and can take account of your current commitments. It'll help a lot if you can sometimes work in the evenings or at the weekends. If you're interested please get in touch.
If you aren't interested yourself, please share this opportunity with your contacts.

Promoting Local Events

If you're organising a local event, why not advertise it in the Teme Valley Times? An advert for a local event can cost as little as £10.
And please remember to invite us, so we can try to cover the event!
